Lead engineering across our digital assets product suite, working closely with the Digital Assets Product Director to deliver reliable and scalable crypto infrastructure, supporting everything from on-chain wallet flows to fiat conversions and trading execution. You’ll define technical architecture, own key systems, lead by example in code and technical decision-making, and help grow a world-class engineering team.

As the founding Engineering Lead for the Polygon Fintech Labs team, you’ll own the technical vision for the application layer's suite of products. You’ll be the architect behind the MVP and will operate like a startup CTO, working closely with product and design from day one.
