Engineering Managers at Relay are accountable for the technical and delivery output of the engineering teams they help run. The role is split into three pillars; people, product and technical leadership. You will help teams ship great work that really matters to customers, to a high technical standard. You will lead two teams of between 6-10 engineers, coach and develop them with regular feedback.

Implement the core business logic of our e-commerce platform and support initiatives that touch the payments domain. Build and maintain integrations with external services such as Stripe and Avatax, ERP system. Build an internal API for other teams within Fullscript. Solve performance issues. Contribute to technical improvements, develop and maintain quality standards. Code review and mentorship.
