Build and support the delivery of machine learning-driven features for our platform, partnering with Product Managers, Architects and Data Scientists to use Machine Learning techniques. Work closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and Data Scientists to design, build, maintain and optimize our data management and machine learning applications. Collaborate virtually across the UK, India, and North America.

As a research scientist working on Learnable Planner, you will invent new AI technologies that support scalable planning solutions enabling our launch of fully driverless autonomous trucks. You'll design and execute a research agenda for deep-learning based motion planning for self-driving. You will also leverage and advance the state-of-the-art in robotics and machine learning to enable safe self-driving at scale.

As a Software Engineer - Vision, you will be part of a passionate team focused on bringing intelligence to the world’s trucks and building technology to understand driving behavior and identify risk factors to improve fleet safety. You will design and implement complex computer vision systems, improve algorithms for edge processing and integrate cloud services to deliver end-to-end product features, and solve challenging object detection, segmentation, recognition, and geometric computer vision problems.
