The App Ads Team develops and maintains Machine Learning models for predictions regarding user conversions after engaging with Reddit, playing a crucial role in optimizing advertising effectiveness and driving business growth. This role involves developing advanced deep learning models, designing strategies for signal loss mitigation, and implementing new model architectures.
A machine learning engineer is needed to work on the core systems that power Rillet’s AI-driven workflows. The engineer will join a growing engineering team and work closely with the CTO, product, and design to build industry-defining accounting and finance software. The role is remote first, with opportunities to travel for team events.
This person will be instrumental in architecting, implementing, and maintaining foundational Machine Learning Training infrastructure that powers Feeds Ranking, Content Understanding, Recommendations and much more to fulfill Reddit’s mission of bringing community and belonging to everyone in the world. They will oversee GPU optimization in AI/ML batch workloads and debug performance bottlenecks in GPU workloads. They will build and own systems and tools that enable MLEs and data scientists.
