- Design, build, test, and operate scalable backend services (NodeJS/TypeScript) that power MelodyArc's orchestration and workflow capabilities.
- Partner with the CTO to run, improve, and standardize the code review process to ensure increasing quality without excessive overhead.
- Lead the technical delivery of multi-sprint initiatives, translating product requirements into clear technical plans and execution tradeoffs.
