Lead scoping and definition for team project work. Support deployed systems in production as part of an on-call rotation. Make the onboarding story better by helping users understand how to best use our platform. Iterate on activation and retention flows to help users discover features and workflows. Implement WhatsApp-specific features, working closely with the product & sales team to understand user needs and iterate quickly.
