As a direct report of the Vice President, Agency Services, and member of the BBBSA’s Agency Growth team, the Director is a dual role providing direct support to a portfolio of agencies and leading growth across the entire Big Brothers Big Sisters network of agencies. The Director holds primary and collaborative responsibility for supporting, coaching, and guiding a designated portfolio of BBBS agencies.

The Executive Director, Community Partners is a senior leader of the Community Engagement (CE) Department, responsible for shaping and scaling Care Access's national community engagement strategy. This executive role is accountable for leading a high-performing team of Community Engagement Partners (CEPs), managing national strategic partnerships, optimizing team performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for Future of Medicine(FoM) Members, Ambassadors, and community stakeholders.
