Join Brightspeed as a Planning Engineer, supporting legacy voice (TDM) and our new VoIP platform. You will monitor and develop high-level plans for this platform and assist Engineering. You'll handle general voice planning functions, SS7 and 911 routing, TDM switch consolidation, and provide instructional plans for VoIP on the CSP. You'll interact with internal customers, vendors, and Engineering to provide a high-quality platform for Brightspeed customers.
