The Treasurer will be responsible for managing Better's cash management focused on optimizing and balancing the firm's liquidity, as well as monitoring, modeling and reporting on the safety and soundness of Better’s treasury operations. This role also handles the regulatory compliance and control environment for the Treasury function. The Treasurer reports to the CFO and requires a collaborative individual who can respond effectively and rationally.
