Design and develop AI-based conversational solutions using Google CCAI, create sample dialogs, conversational flow diagrams, and prototypes. Guide intent identification and apply concepts related to NLP/NLU. Work with development teams to refine solution design and support quality assurance processes, while leveraging data sets to improve CCAI solutions and customer experience.
