As a Senior Product Designer at SmithRx, you’ll play a critical role in shaping intuitive, impactful experiences across our digital products, taking ownership of the user experience strategy for a defined product area, guiding design from discovery through execution and iteration, while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define exceptional user experiences from concept to implementation. Develop and prototype solutions at various levels of fidelity, including wireframes, conceptual designs, presentations, and detailed specifications. Work closely with remote teams, iteratively delivering customer value. Lead team sessions to generate ideas and evaluate possibilities. Design and implement methods to gather customer insights. Good communication and presentation skills required.

As an Emerging Talent Intern, you can expect to be given the space and the opportunity to build upon your skills and knowledge, while contributing to critical work as part of a core team. Participate in planning and facilitation, analysis and reporting on various research initiatives. Communicate your findings through artifacts and partner closely with senior staff to help influence the product strategy.

In this role, you’ll lead the design strategy and execution for creator-facing tools and workflows, including the VRChat Creator Companion and other systems that support world and avatar creation.
