In this role, you will take complex workflows and convert them into easy-to-use, seamless and delightful experiences that drive SonderMind's mission to redesign behavioral health partnering with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to shape end-to-end experiences from concept through release.

Elevate product development practice by implementing empathy and insight driven product design. Collaborate with Product Management, UX Research, Data, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to drive discovery, product strategy, and usability. Lead initiatives by defining, designing, and conducting usability tests, experiments, and patient interviews.
