As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be a key leader and contributor on our design team, which is focused on Tala’s core business of helping customers get flexible loans and increase their financial agency. The role involves building new products across our markets and elevating the quality of our products.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to take full ownership of design and user experience for a new product stack being developed inside Usual Lab. This is a foundational role where you’ll be the design lead within a small, autonomous squad.
