The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and multimedia content to support the adoption and enablement of our product. Develop clear, concise, and engaging documentation (user guides, FAQs, training materials). Design visually compelling infographics, and one-pagers. Create effective video content, including screen recordings, tutorials, and promotional materials.

This candidate will join the Conversational Cloud Core Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers understand and utilize our platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive documentation that educates and guides users through the implementation, customization, and optimization of our solutions.

Shape the future of help and training at Addepar, reimagining how clients and employees learn about our products and services. You'll work with Product, Support, and Services teams to create and refine a library of guides, how-to articles, and more. You’ll research, author, edit, proofread, format, and publish the content following Addepar’s style guidelines.
