• Coordinate with Hubs & Maisons to establish a common Compliance Process.

Onboard new hotels on revenue management tools and/or managing change impacting currently installed Revenue Management tool. Expertly manage the customer service queue, providing accurate guidance in response to tickets logged by RMS users and regional colleagues.

Frontend Tech Lead (VueJS) F/M/X

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to join our team. Within a Squad, you'll be coaching, mentoring a team of developers and QA, advancing the team technically and interpersonally. You will be designing API enhancements requested by the API team's Product Owners, mastering the functional aspect of APIs/ business rules and ensuring the delivery of the roadmap. You will also be monitoring development progress and conducting code reviews.
