Responsible for investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex customer issues with the Aerospike Real-time Data Platform, you will work closely with engineering, technical writers, and client services to deliver exceptional support and help customers achieve success with Aerospike at scale. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Aerospike customers across diverse environments (cloud, hybrid, on-prem).
The role involves overseeing the strategy, execution, and overall success of our Database product family, including Aerospike Database, Backup & Recovery, Connectors, Observability, and Aerospike Kubernetes Operator. This senior-level, cross-functional leadership position is responsible for the full product lifecycle and plays a key role in shaping Aerospikeβs roadmap, customer experience, and market success.
