You’ll be a core part of a growing data team that operates similar to internal consultants. You’ll plug into high-impact initiatives across the business by helping partner teams unlock efficiency and growth through data. You’ll work cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Operations, and other teams to uncover insights, build tools and dashboards, and drive strategic recommendations.
The Onboarding Lead will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AirGarage partners. This role is responsible for orchestrating a smooth, world-class transition to AirGarage’s platform, from the moment a deal closes through the go live date. You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring that each new location goes live successfully. This role requires meticulous organization, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional partner experience.
Scale the software that brings real estate online, working across the product lifecycle from defining ambiguous problem spaces to shipping real features that drivers, businesses, and property owners use every day. Reporting to the Product Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to bring intuitive, high-impact features to life. You’ll balance strategy and execution, taking ownership of key areas of our product.
As the first Local Demand Gen Specialist, you’ll own executing and experimenting with strategies to increase demand at our parking facilities. In addition to managing channels like local Google Ads, Craigslist, and SpotHero, you will explore new channels like email outreach to local businesses and direct mail. Your work will meaningfully grow business for AirGarage and our partners while helping drivers save time and money on parking.
The City (Operations) Manager will oversee the day to day operations of parking facilities in the Salt Lake City area, ensuring a world-class parking experience and strong local support to property owners. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving skills to manage variable schedules and high-pressure event days; position is 40 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on the event schedules of local stadiums/arenas and operational needs.
