Strategic Finance Analyst

What You Will Do:

• Underwrite parking properties: Analyze historical financials and forecast future financial performance for parking properties to determine investment viability.
• Conduct real estate due diligence: Evaluate property risks, contract terms, and operational considerations before acquisition.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders: Engage directly with real estate executives and investment professionals.

What You Need:

• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills to work with large datasets in spreadsheets and databases.
• SQL skills are required to be capable enough to hold your weight and not be dependent on your Data teammates.
• Strong synthesis skills to stitch together cohesive narratives and generate actionable insights from messy data.
