- Minimum 5–7 years in mortgage capital markets data and analytics.
- Financial modeling and valuation skills using SQL and Python.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to translate complex market data into actionable business strategies.
- Proven experience with building rapport quickly with C-suite executives.
- Propensity to work across business functions to foster innovation.
