Protect the company from cyber threats and work with platforms to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, passionate about building secure products and systems.

The Business Strategy & Operations community conducts critical strategic, data and operational projects. The Sales Effectiveness team is responsible for the sales team efficiency and therefore a key aspect of the company P&L: our customer acquisition cost. They identify opportunities to improve the sales approach, design/enhance existing processes, identify new tools or technologies, and ensure proper change management.

Design cross-cutting solutions by transforming siloed, country-specific, and product-specific implementations into global systems. Orchestrate data transformation, consolidate fragmented data structures into unified schemas supporting multiple products and markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to methodically refactor legacy systems and establish global and multi-product development practices.

The CTO Founder Associates support the CTO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy and building new processes/standards internally and externally. You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan. Possible projects include exploring new technologies, implementing AI solutions, and contributing to company vision.

Join the Payment Processing crew at Alan as a Software Engineer! You'll be building a unified payment platform that powers Alan's products across multiple markets, providing robust, scalable payment solutions while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. This role involves working with third-party API integration, monitoring complex systems, and designing maintainable, decoupled systems.

We are looking for engineers with 10+ years of experience to help us scale our Engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech, and internal organization-wise). You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers and design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor other engineers & lead crews.

As we are growing our Sales team, we are looking for a rockstar Business Development Representative to help us move upmarket. You will work closely with a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representative in generating new business by qualifying leads, driving various outbound campaigns and supporting them in their opportunities. You will also participate to enhance the prospection approach at Alan.
