Determine covered failures by reviewing vehicle service agreements, the need for inspection, policy coverage, and researching all facts. Interact with customers and repair facilities with occasional contact directly with the client. Mostly inbound calls, but may also include outbound calls, email, fax, and chat. Adjust and document all claims within departmental standards.

Lead a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and specialists to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Oversee compliance initiatives aligned with state and federal regulations. Drive change management, technology adoption, and strategic claims execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Audit, Finance, and Customer Service.
