Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a centralized business analysis resource supporting multiple product teams, translating roadmaps into execution plans.
• Drive project execution, manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications, leveraging Azure DevOps and AI tools.
• Lead requirements gathering, process improvement, and AI integration to enhance productivity across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field with 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis or product operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem (Azure DevOps, 365, Power Platform) and AI-enabled platforms like Copilot, ChatGPT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
