Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners and tech teams to shape AI-driven product use cases.
Analyze user needs and drive data-driven product improvements including A/B testing.

Delivery & Execution:

Own end-to-end delivery: planning, timelines, risks, and execution.
Lead agile ceremonies and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Act as a bridge between business and engineering to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications & Growth:

5–8+ years in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile environments.
Interest or experience in AI / Generative AI solutions.
