Senior Business Analyst (AI Platform)

Role Overview:

• You will serve as the requirements and alignment anchor for the engagement, translating domain knowledge into structured specifications.
• You will design the accuracy validation rubrics used at go/no-go gates.
• This is not a documentation-only role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and SME alignment workshops; produce structured requirements documentation.
• Translate expert-weighting business logic into specifications for the retrieval and ranking layer.
• Write and validate user stories (INVEST-compliant) with acceptance criteria tied to delivery milestones.

Qualifications:

• Must have 6+ years as a Business Analyst on software delivery projects at a senior level.
• Strong data literacy and ability to reason about document structures and classification logic.
• At least one project involving requirements definition for a production AI/ML or NLP system.

Additional Information:

• Domain exposure to legal, compliance, or financial services is nice-to-have.
• Experience with PII classification or data governance is a plus.
