Takes ownership of the delivery of smaller projects or single discipline tasks and performs in interdisciplinary coordination. Cross-checks the design/ scheme for compliance and verifies consultant information. Reviews the planning application/ submission requirements. Liaises with clients and contractors to design as per the client's brief in compliance with the local planning policy guidelines and recommendations of statutory authority. Reviews the project-related technical documents and derives the strategy to set up the project.

To design, implement, and manage an effective reporting system as well as lead the reporting strategy for the Development sector through active engagement with the Executive team. The role involves directing a team, developing quality progress reports and dashboards, and managing project data collection and analysis. Collaborate with project teams to identify and track project risks and issues and develop mitigation and resolution plans.

We are looking for a Smart Cities Manager for a giga mixed-use project based in Riyadh, encompasses public realm, urban infrastructure elements, high-end residential and cultural assets. This person will lead the delivery of digital transformation and smart city projects across the region, develop analysis, engage client teams and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work products.
