SMART CITIES MANAGER

We are seeking a Smart Cities Manager to contribute to a large-scale mixed-use project in Riyadh, focusing on public spaces, urban infrastructure, upscale residential areas, and cultural landmarks. The candidate will lead the execution of digital transformation and smart city projects within the region. The role involves creating analyses, collaborating with client teams and stakeholders, and producing top-tier deliverables. The position requires providing expert support in designing and preparing specific actions and inclusive urban development processes. The ideal candidate will offer innovative strategies for future urban initiatives by crafting Smart City Masterplans and processes, considering global trends alongside local contexts, needs, and opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying and enhancing traditional urban infrastructure with advanced technology assets like datasets, networks, connected devices, and sensors for future smart services and applications. In tandem with Land Use & Built Environment Master planning and Urban Design teams, the manager will identify a range of smart city solutions capable of enhancing quality of life and addressing dimensions such as Smart Economy, Smart Environment, Net Zero Agenda, Smart Living, Smart Mobility, Smart People, and Smart Governance.
