Reporting Engineer

To design, implement, and manage an effective reporting system as well as lead the reporting strategy for the Development sector through active engagement with the Executive team. Direct the activities of the team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures. Build and lead a motivated team. Report the progress of the programs and projects to the Executive team through the development of quality progress reports, dashboards, and other deliverables. Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of project data including status, risks, issues, and performance metrics. Collaborate with project and functional teams to gather accurate progress data and refine the structure of existing reports and dashboards. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that project reporting requirements are understood and met. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
