Conduct research to identify creative opportunities and create initial versions to test out these ideas. Provide helpful feedback to colleagues like User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams. Manage asset and video production with designers, influencers, and creators and refine processes for creative development and testing to support marketing goals.
Developing Paid Social channels and implementing marketing strategies to acquire new users. Responsibilities include setting up tasks for designers to produce advertisements, monitoring campaign and channel performance, conducting A/B tests for campaigns and ad creatives, and working closely with analytic and creative teams to define approaches for advertising campaigns.
Handle full-cycle recruitment for various non-tech roles (incl. marketing, product, payment, design or other roles). Conduct initial resume screenings, first recruiter interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient full-cycle recruitment process; Handle a portfolio of vacancies. You will manage 3-4 vacancies at a time, varying in levels of complexity, ensuring efficient organization and prioritization of your workflow; Be a partner for hiring managers.
Working closely with recruitment specialists on different vacancies (tech, non-tech). You will actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks. Communication with candidates is key to maintaining the Database.
Maintain and develop new features for a Shopify Theme and implement new designs with pixel-perfect accuracy. Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in technical discussions.
