This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team to develop and manage the overall user experience for our hero product, the BitMEX trading platform. As a Product Designer, your first key task is to elevate the mobile product experience for our traders by working closely with product managers and engineers to roll out new features and improve the customer experience.

The Product Management team drives product initiatives from conception through roadmap prioritization to execution, making significant impacts by launching features across our global trading platform. You will act as the crucial cross-functional link, bridging the gap between business strategy and the engineering teams.

As part of the growth hacking team, you’ll be in charge of brainstorming and executing customized and targeted campaigns for different regions and objects, whether it’s product launches or brand campaigns. We are looking for a person who is creative, and data-driven, who dares to break boundaries.

Assist our users during the Asian time zone via a number of channels including our CRM, the BitMEX Trollbox, Discord, Reddit and Telegram. Continuously identify and evaluate customer needs in order to achieve the highest quality of customer satisfaction. Monitor the community for any emerging issues and bring forward any feedback or proposals.
