The Associate Director, Biostatistics role will be responsible for overseeing statistical activities for multiple clinical studies and/or a clinical program, participating study designs and protocol development, ensuring compliance with SOPs to produce quality and timely deliverables. This individual will participate in departmental and cross functional technology development and process improvement initiatives.

The Principal Statistical Programmer works independently with only concept level instruction and very little supervision, tracks progress and provides expert technical support to team members. The Principal Statistical Programmer fluently and routinely briefs management on accomplishments, status, and issues under their own initiatives, as well as being a designated member of clinical sub-team(s) in the role of project lead Statistical Programmer.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, manage the full lifecycle of contracts essential to our research and collaboration activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements.
