Provide day-to-day and month-end support to the entire accounting team. Drive compliance with state and local taxes, including serving as a primary liaison with Avalara for sales tax. Design, implement, and maintain NetSuite workflows, tables, billing schedules, and revenue recognition rules.

Facilitate complaint investigations and ensure completeness of complaint files. Evaluate complaints and perform preliminary investigations, following up with healthcare professionals. Ensure complaint documentation complies with regulatory requirements and coordinate investigations with Quality and R&D.
Provide clinical case coverage as assigned. Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally support cases during training period. Maintain and prepare equipment and kits for surgery, including Quality Control audits of equipment and kits.
