Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and maintain a monthly/quarterly territory plan with forecasts.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers and key opinion leaders.
• Partner with Professional Education and Customer Service teams to ensure outstanding clinical support.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Medical device experience and thorough knowledge of urology products, with operating room experience required.
• Proficiency in navigating hospital and ASC approval processes and complex reimbursement environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $120,000 with $140,000 annualized variable compensation.
