Responsibilities:
- Consistent engagement with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build pipelines.
- Coordinate with Marketing to broaden market awareness and support patient journey.
- Develop and manage strategic territory plans to grow business and drive therapy adoption.
Requirements:
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in medical device industry (preferred).
- Self-starter with proven sales track record and ability to travel.
- Excellence in communication and virtual sales presentations.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $90,000 per year.
- Target commission: $120,000 (uncapped) for $210,000 OTE at 100% of plan.
