The Role:
- Lead all commercial activity within the North Central region, including sales strategy and team management.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop and execute business plans.
- Drive safe and effective product utilization through customer relationships and training.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary with a base of $165,000 and variable opportunity up to $140,000.

Requirements:
- BS degree and 10+ years of medical device sales experience, with sales leadership experience.
- Experience in urology, hospital/ASC selling, and early-stage startups preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 60% and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.
