Primary Function of Position:
- Manage and direct the sale of da Vinci Surgical Systems and grow utilization of installed base.
- Hire, train, and develop a dynamic sales team.
Essential Job Duties:
- Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop a local market sales plan.
- Become a clinical resource across primary OR procedures and integrate da Vinci at new customer sites.
- Drive utilization by partnering with surgical teams and expanding user base.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7 years Medical Device sales experience, including 5 years in Operating Room.
- Proven track record in sales, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
