Primary Function:
- Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop a strategy to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across all primary surgical specialties to support surgical robotics programs.
- Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
Essential Job Duties:
- Train and develop OR staff in pre, intra, and postoperative system management.
- Drive utilization of the da Vinci system by working with surgical teams to select appropriate procedures.
- Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 6-10 years prior sales experience in medical devices space.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
