Responsibilities:
- Work with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to develop a clinical strategy to drive utilization.
- Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals and train OR staff.
- Drive expansion of the user base by working with hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven record of achievement and leadership.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Proven ability to work within and build teams.
