Primary Function of Position:
- Gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects to become a da Vinci Surgery expert.
- Support a specific region by maximizing system utilization and leading sales activities.
- Develop from technical focus in year one to sales focus in year two.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and training to surgical teams on da Vinci system use.
- Lead product demonstrations and in-services for OR staff and surgeons.
- Contribute to quarterly sales goals through customer influence and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 1 year sales or leadership experience.
- Fluent in English and local language, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and excel in a fast-paced environment.
