Primary Function of Position:
- The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role partnering with the Central CA team.
- Gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.
Essential Job Duties:
- Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
- Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
- Manages administrative tasks such as reporting sales/procedures and expense reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or outside sales experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required; ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends.
