Clinical Sales Executive

Primary Function of Position:

• Intuitive Surgical is the most exciting medical device company, transforming surgery through the da Vinci Surgical System.
• The Clinical Sales Associate maximizes system utilization and supports surgical robotics program development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop utilization strategies with the Clinical Sales Manager and become a da Vinci Surgery expert across specialties.
• Support field sales goals, regional events, and train surgical teams for independent system use.
• Drive adoption by selecting appropriate procedures and managing instrument and accessory sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6-10 years of medical device sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with ability to travel up to 50%.
• Lead surgical teams through training and serve as a resource for system operations and applications.
