Primary Function of Position:
- Build and develop the clinical field sales team within the assigned region.
- Manage and direct clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Oversee installations, training, and utilization growth.
Essential Job Duties:
- Expand clinical usage in all existing accounts and sell/train new surgeons.
- Manage training and education processes within the installed base.
- Work with training and marketing departments to implement new strategies.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Success in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus.
- Fluency in English and local language is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years sales experience, including 5+ in medical device sales.
- Proven track record in managing a sales force in medical device industry.
- Strong clinical sales background and excellent communication skills.
