Senior Legal Counsel Carbon Markets

  • Own the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to signing, across customer, supplier, offtake, and vendor agreements.
  • Lead the legal workstream to establish carbon credits as an institutional asset class, including governance frameworks and capital markets regulation.
  • Act as internal legal lead for fundraising rounds, manage corporate governance and compliance, and develop a part-time legal counsel.
