Key Responsibilities:

Drive contracts and negotiations with project developers, corporates, and financial institutions.
Lead legal workstreams for fundraising, shareholder matters, and corporate governance.
Oversee compliance across data protection, employment law, and corporate governance.

About You:

8+ years of legal experience with deep expertise in German corporate law and capital markets law.
Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation and commercial judgment skills.
Self-directed, confident, and able to translate complex legal questions for non-lawyers.
