Provide day-to-day legal support across a broad range of business activities.
Advise on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Support cross-border and international legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and EU.

Requirements:

2–3+ years of relevant legal experience, including hands-on exposure to international and cross-border matters.
Practical experience in corporate and commercial law.
Fluent Russian and B2+ English.
