The IS Analyst II serves as liaison between Information Systems and user departments to determine how best to support them through the effective use of technology. They design, implement, upgrade and maintain software systems with a high degree of complexity, facilitate process improvements, and coordinate custom programming, change management, and system optimization. This role provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.

A Senior Accountant is responsible for daily, monthly, and annual accounting operations, such as maintaining subledgers, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, investigating fluctuations, and preparing reports. This position is responsible for maintaining appropriate transaction level detail of accounting activities to support assigned general ledger account balances. The Senior Accountant will encourage process improvement and identify lean processes and technology enhancements to minimize manual work.

Review and resolve facility bill holds, coding edits and denials/claims rejections to ensure timely and accurate claim submissions. Provide coding/billing support acting as a resource of knowledge and skill, assisting in maintaining up-to-date coding information. Adhere to service excellence guidelines and CMH policies.

This position handles incoming correspondence within the Patient Financial Services Department from Commercial Insurance plans and Government Programs. The incumbent maintains the work standard set forth within the Patient Financial Services Departmental standards and upholds the Shared Values and Service Excellence of the hospital.

The Senior Software Engineer provides programming leadership and support for application systems development and maintenance projects, with a commitment to hospital employees and system analyst satisfaction. Provides technical leadership to IS analysts and leads medium size projects through all phases of systems development.

The Informatics Applications Analyst, Inpatient, serves as the technical and clinical Health Informatics subject matter expert for the clinical applications, supporting Children's Mercy's mission and strategic priorities. They manage projects, maintain assigned clinical applications, and act as a liaison to care teams, enhancing patient care through clinical technologies and impacting patient safety and care quality.

The Senior Manager, Data & AI Product Management is responsible for the development, maintenance, and communication of the Data & AI Product Roadmap for the Data Intelligence department. They maintain continuity between all parts of the Data Intelligence department, as well as maintain a mutual understanding of priorities with key partners and stakeholders across the organization. This role serves as an expert in Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence best practices.
