Build and maintain working relationships with apheresis collection accounts and internal business partners to ensure successful vendor onboarding and performance.
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Quality, and Operations to review contracts, manage deviations, and implement improvement programs.
Monitor account capacity, negotiate collection schedules, and facilitate training workshops to support vendor compliance and quality.
