As the Manager of Grants Administration, you will lead the administration of Hello Alice's grant programming, distributing over $58M in grant funding directly to small businesses. This role involves managing grant project workflows, coordinating activities across internal teams, and maintaining corporate philanthropy partnerships to ensure successful program delivery and impact measurement. You will be a strategic partner to corporate foundations ensuring grant program execution.
As Manager of Partner Success, you'll coordinate and execute partner program activities from onboarding to completion, managing project workflows and client relationships. You'll bridge partners, internal teams, and management using agile and traditional methodologies. Emphasizing project (70%) and client relationship management (30%), you'll advocate for partners and ensure seamless program execution.
