The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a highly visible, customer-facing role within JAGGAERβs Customer Operations group, supporting key strategic customers as a leading subject matter expert on JAGGAER products. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure customers are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value.
Lead and scale JAGGAER's worldwide Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization, owning strategy, execution, and performance of SDR teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Drive pipeline growth and fuel JAGGAERβs global expansion by developing top talent, improving processes, and integrating AI-led prospecting. Build a world-class, repeatable pipeline engine that directly contributes to revenue growth.
