As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work within the commercial reactive works team and assist the operational side to ensure successful delivery of the Framework contracts, maintaining both internal and client relationships to maximise commercial returns & manage risk. You will implement commercial strategy, manage a contract cost reporting system, forecast project costs, and manage the subcontract tender process.

The Contracts manager is the senior site leader and has overall responsibility for the delivery of the project(s) and financial performance of the contract. This role coordinates all aspects of the contract to ensure that the project meets client expectations. The Contracts Manager looks for opportunities for the company to add additional value or enhance the profit achieved through the delivery of the project.

We are recruiting for a Design Manager/Senior Design Manager to join our UK North Construction division and fully understand and manage the design requirements of the tender/project, providing assistance and guidance to design co-ordinators where and when appropriate. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Design Manager/Senior Design Manager with strong internal package experience and change control.
