Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them scale their Mesh usage and become long-term partners; drive customer outcomes, providing structured updates on performance, running strategic reviews, and helping customers showcase business results using Mesh. Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact during go-live and early post-go-live phases and partner with Solutions Architects to ensure technical implementations are optimized.
Serve as the technical frontline, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve product, integration, and API-related issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This role will provide partial overlap with APAC-based customers as needed.
