Overview:
- Support accounts payable and receivables on a part-time basis.
- Use Bill.com, NetSuite, and AI-assisted invoice processing.
Responsibilities:
- Triage AP inbox and review bills before approval.
- Collect vendor forms, answer vendor questions, and follow up on receipts.
- Send payment reminders and help clear older or miscoded bills.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AP/AR experience.
- Bill.com and NetSuite experience.
- US business hours availability and fluent written English.
